Understanding the tools
What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is just applied science, where we are inducing the same state that occurs naturally during sleep. It is a natural state of the body, where we change the brain frequency through the position of our eyes (similar to when you're falling asleep).
As a subject in trance, you are fully aware of what is happening whilst feeling a deeply relaxed state. In hypnosis, your conscious mind quiets down, allowing exploration around a problem to happen without resistance. This way we can revisit the source of a problem and rewrite the new pathways you want your mind to follow to achieve the desired goals.
Think of hypnosis as of an amplifier, where the mind is given new alternatives for functioning, but this time with the volume up so your wish to change something is cutting through the other noise.
